E-commerce website www.mudaru.com (MUDARU) is operated by TNB Vietnam CORP (TNB). Members on the platform are customers, website users, member stores, organizations and individuals having lawful commercial activities that are allowed to use the service by TNB. All members must abide by the terms set out by TNB below.

Products displayed on MUDARU must fully meet the provisions of the relevant laws, not in the case of prohibiting business, advertising prohibited as prescribed by law. The purchase and sale of goods through MUDARU is conducted publicly, transparently, ensuring the rights of consumers.

All contents in this Regulation must comply with the Decree 52/2013/ND-CP issued by the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Members participating in MUDARU must understand their own legal responsibilities for the current laws of Vietnam and commit to comply with the contents of this regulation.

I - GENERAL PROVISIONS:

Domain: The MUDARU e-commerce website is operated through the main domain name, www.mudaru.com. Domains that work in parallel with MUDARU include:

General definition:

Seller: Is TNB Vietnam CORP and stores, supermarkets, individuals or organizations wishing to use the service and get permission of TNB.

Buyer: An organization or individual wishing to find out information about products posted on MUDARU. Buyer has the right to register an account or not to register.

Members: Including sellers, buyers, agents, collaborators and website visitors.

II - PURCHASE ORDER PROCESS

Step 1: Customers search for product information at MUDARU website.

Step 2: Customers check the price and details of the product, if you accept the purchase, you can click the purchase button. Or add products to the cart.

Step 3: Complete the form (Full name, Phone, Email).

Step 4: Customers check emails to confirm orders.

Step 5: After receiving the buyer's order, TNB's sales department will contact the customer via the phone number by the support line (+84) 292-3525-008 to verify the order information. In case the buyer does not provide complete information as well as inaccurate information or TNB suspects inaccurate information, we reserve the right not to execute the order and will notify customers via phone or email.

Step 6: TNB will deliver goods at the address provided by customers or directly to TNB's listed stores to receive goods.

III - PROCESS OF DELIVERY

TNB makes deliveries to customers. After receiving the order from the buyer and verifying the purchase information over the phone, TNB will proceed to deliver the goods at the request of customers.

Scope of application: Nationwide delivery.

Delivery time: Customers will receive goods within seven (07) days after completing your order. Storage and delivery time is fast or slow depending on the delivery unit at the address that the customer provided when ordering.

Delivery fee: TNB offers free delivery within 20km from TNB Vietnam's stores or agents nationwide. With other cases, depending on specific the case, may incur additional charges.

IV - WARRANTY, EXCHANGE AND REFUND

Information on the date of manufacture and shelf life of the product is listed on each product provided by TNB Vietnam. Products belonging to the food and supplements group will not have a warranty policy. All products provided by TNB Vietnam are issued with a circulation license, full stamps and invoices. If the product you have received is not in accordance with the information provided on MUDARU, please contact (0710) 3525-008 to return or exchange, TNB will refund the full amount of the deposit or the customer may refuse receive goods for out-of-province delivery orders.

Customers have purchased goods, can return within three (03) days of receipt of goods. Returned products must be intact, unopened, and not damaged. Shipping costs incurred by the customer.

V - PAYMENT METHOD

Customers can refer to the following payment methods to choose to suit their needs:

Accepted payment methods: In-store payment, Cash on Delivery (CoD), Payment by bank transfer.

VI - GUARANTEE SAFETY OF TRANSACTIONS

In order to ensure successful transactions, minimize risks that may arise, buyers should provide complete and accurate information (name, address, phone number, email) when making a purchase. At MUDARU, the sales department can contact the buyer as quickly as possible.

In case of Cash on Delivery (CoD), the buyer should only pay after checking the goods in detail and satisfied with the product.

When paying online with domestic ATM cards, Visa, Master Card, buyers should do it themselves to avoid disclosing card information. TNB does not store the card information of the buyer after payment, but through the affiliate bank system, the card information is strictly confidential for customers.

In the event of an error during the online payment process, TNB will resolve to the customer within 24 hours after receiving the information from the person who made the transaction.

VII - INFORMATION PRIVACY POLICY

1. PROTECT CUSTOMER INFORMATION

TNB commits to protecting the privacy of customers' information in order to respect and protect the personal interests of buyers.

1a. Purpose and scope of collection

To access and use some services at MUDARU you may be required to provide personal information (Email, Full name, Telephone number ...). All declared information must ensure accuracy and legality. TNB does not assume any responsibility related to the law of the declared information.

We may also collect information about the number of visits, including the number of pages you view, the number of links you click and other information related to connecting to MUDARU. We also collect information that the Web browser you use when accessing MUDARU including: IP Address, Browser, Language, Time and the addresses that the browser accesses.

2 a. Scope of using information

Dong NamDoc.net collects and uses your personal information for the appropriate purpose and fully complies with the content of this Privacy Policy.

When necessary, we may use this information to contact you directly in forms such as: Mailing, Email, Message or Call...

3a. Information storage time

Personal data of members will be stored until a request to cancel or self members log in and perform cancellation. In addition, in all cases, member's personal information will be kept confidential on TNB's server.

5a. Management and edit personal information tool for members

All members participating in MUDARU and registered accounts are free to change their information through the Website's personal information management tool. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information they register / edit and ensure the legality of this information. TNB does not accept any responsibility if the user intentionally or inadvertently make this information, as well as use that information for illegal purposes.

6a. Commitment to customer information security

Personal information of members on MUDARU is committed to absolute confidentiality by TNB. Collection and use of information of each member is only done with the consent of that customer unless otherwise permitted by law.

TNB does not use, transfer, provide or disclose to any third party about a member's personal information without consent of that member. In case of coordinating the investigation with the competent TNB authority it is entirely possible to use the above information to provide it to the competent authority upon request without notice to the user.

In case the information server is hacked, resulting in the loss of member's personal data, TNB is responsible for notifying the investigating authorities in timely handling and notifying the member.

Absolutely confidential all information of online transactions of members including invoice information, digital vouchers...

2. BAD INFORMATION MANAGE

Members participating in MUDARU will be responsible for the security and storage of their account information and passwords. Members are responsible for promptly notifying TNB of the acts of illegal use, abuse, illegal storage of third party accounts to take appropriate measures.

Members do not use TNB's services for illegal purposes: phishing, threats, illegal information exploration, sabotage, creating and spreading viruses that cause damage to the system, configuration, and transmission. MUDARU's information or using its services for speculative purposes, manipulating the market to create fake orders, including for judging market demand. In case of violation, such member must be responsible for his / her acts before the law.

Members may not change, modify, assign, copy, disseminate, distribute, provide and create similar tools of services provided by TNB to third parties without TNB consent.

In case of false or suspected information, TNB has the right to cancel membership of that account if it is impossible to verify the truthfulness of the information (By Email, Message or Call) without members must be informed.

3. TECHNICAL HANDLING

TNB commits to making every effort to ensure the safety and stability of the entire technical system. However, in the event of an incident due to our fault, TNB will immediately take measures to ensure the rights of the buyer.
When conducting transactions on MUDARU, it is imperative that members follow the instructions.
TNB commits to providing the best quality of service to all participants. If a technical, software or other objective error arises that a member cannot participate in the transaction, the member must notify the MUDARU Management Board by phone (0710) 3525-008 or (0932) 956-922 (from 8:00 to 17:00 daily) or via email address mudaru(at)tnbgroup.vn, we will fix errors in the shortest time to create favorable conditions for MUDARU members .
TNB is not responsible for handling in case the members' notice does not reach the Management Board, arising from technical, transmission line, software or other errors not caused by us.

4. TERMS OF COMMITMENT

All members including TNB are committed to comply with the terms of this policy.

VIII - SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES AND COMPLAINTS

TNB receives complaints in the following forms:

TNB respects and strictly complies with the provisions of the law on protecting the interests of consumers. Therefore, products provided by TNB must be complete, accurate, truthful and detailed with information related to the product. The settlement of complaints is based on agreement and negotiation of related parties.

If, through the agreement, the dispute still cannot be resolved, one of the buyers and the seller will have the right to intervene with the legal authority to intervene to ensure the legitimate interests of most parties are for customers.
